I would do it now because as far as that SSD is concerned, every single block
is in use, and then also you should be using the discard mount option, and also
not using dmcrypt. The 840 Pro supports FDE, that's what you should use. But
for reference dmcrypt supports TRIM passthrough, just not by default.

I wanted to use the onboard FDE but didn't find docs on how to do it. As
for discard, can I just add this after defaults?
