I will take over the maintenance of `javacc-maven-plugin` it is required
for a functioning Maven.
I believe it doesn't need doxia and reporting for our use case.

If anyone is interested in picking up those packages, be aware of
these dependencies:

- maven-reporting-impl BRs maven-doxia, maven-doxia-sitetools,
maven-reporting-api
- maven-doxia-sitetools BRs maven-doxia, maven-reporting-api

- maven-doxia BRs flexmark-java, jetbrains-annotations
- flexmark-java BRs autolink-java, jetbrains-annotations
All packages are on the latest version and are in good shape, with no open bugs.
