All the remaining gating failures are from package-specific gating policies and are due to Fedora CI trying to install all the packages against each other, which is a known issue Cristian is planning to work on. But I'm having trouble getting Bodhi to file waivers for them, whenever I try it reports back a 502 error (presumably it's getting 502 from waiverdb). Not sure why.
