Hi Fedora Developers, I am looking for a sponsor and reviewer for my very first Fedora package: sckoc.

It reports per-socket and per-core voltage, temperature, frequency, power, and C-state residency. It works under Secure Boot and kernel lockdown. The package has successfully built on fedora-43 and fedora-44 in COPR, and the fedora-review-service automation has already passed with a (succeeded) status. Since this is my first package, I need a sponsor to guide me and help me join the Fedora Packager Group. I would appreciate any feedback or code review on the spec file.
