LibRaw 0.22.0 is being built in a side tag, that I intend to merge next Monday the 23rd.
I'm building in f45-build-side-129581, and will build the consumers. If I run into issues due to LibRaw that I can't fix on my own, I'll file a bug ASAP. The copr test I've done is https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/limb/LibRaw, for reference. Consumers (* failed in copr.
