I submitted the NASM 3.01 build to rawhide without rebuilding all dependent packages, as it's a build-time dependency only. All packages except xtideuniversalbios build fine with the new NASM. I contacted upstream with my hacky patch and they responded they have a proper fix upcoming, so I think we can live with one leaf package FTBFS for a few days. NOTE: firefox, thunderbird, icecat and ceph are FTBFS in rawhide currently for reasons unrelated to NASM upgrade and they did build fine with NASM 3.01 in my COPR.
