Greetings.

With the Fedora 43 beta staged for release next tuesday, releng went
ahead and did a push of f43 updates requesting stable.

However, due to additional checks added a while back, a number of these
updates were 'ejected' from the compose and are still in
updates-testing.

We now check the days in testing requirement at compose/push time, and
that requirement changes post beta. Before updates may have required at
least 3 days in updates-testing, but after beta they require 7 (or 14 if
they are critpath packages).

So, if your update was ejected, simply wait until you are again able to
request stable and it will be added to the next compose.

We are looking into changes around this behavior for the next beta.
