The fix for olive turned out to be trivial, so there's no need. Current
rawhide branch of olive builds fine against OIIO 3.0. Feel free to build
it in your side-tag or let me know its name and I'll build it myself.

Thanks for providing the COPR repo so that I could do test builds
against OIIO 3.0 easily!
