Assuming there's a question you having about the output.
It means blender hasn't been rebuild against Python 3.13 yet and thus
still depends on Python 3.12. According to the FTI bug filed after the
merge of 3.13 into rawhide [1], this is blocked by python-pyproj [2] and
usd [3] failing to build with Python 3.13.
