Well this is surprising. I agree it would be better to have either gimp2 repo or just private branch with GIMP 3 preparations under current GIMP repository. But at the same time I understand Nil's workflow.
I just hope once the GIMP 3 is out and buildable/operational in Fedora rawhide the gimp3 repository will become obsolete.
