All people involved with Rust packaging in Fedora seem to be very
disillusioned wrt/ getting stuff upstreamed into cargo.
As far as I know, all of us have had very frustrating experiences when
trying to work with cargo upstream.
Spending a lot of time working on feature development only to be told
"we're not interested" is not a good way to spend our (limited) time.
