This means dnf was built against a newer version of glib than is available at runtime. Like most libraries, glib is backwards-compatible but not forwards-compatible. i.e. it will add new APIs, and you have to build against the oldest version that might be used at runtime. g_once_init_enter_pointer is simply a new API.

I don't know what exactly has gone wrong or how to fix it, but hopefully that helps us get a little closer to the solution here.
