So NM supports both, which leaves the question: Is the proposal to default
to "stable-ssid" (or to "stable" with the stable-ID set to the SSID), or to
plain "stable"?
As explained in my other mail, "stable-ssid" is basically useless, whereas
plain "stable" has the potential to break things (as Robert Nichols
explained).
