I'm not sure how those work, but https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/quick-docs/howto-file-a-bug/ has detailed info on how to file bugs. Do note that CentOS 8 isn't supported anymore. Are you using CentOS stream 8? Or one of the clones (almalinux, etc)? Probibly your best bet is to use CentOS stream 8 and report the problem against that. Anyhow, thats somewhat off topic here, as this is the Fedora devel list. kevin
