Is there a specific reason it needs to be their premade tarballs? If not,
it looks like you should be able to pull the tarball from the tag in their
git repo, which appears to be public.

The link to pull the tarballs should be something like: "https://git.dev.
opencascade.org/gitweb/?p=occt.git;a=snapshot;h=refs/tags/V7_7_0;sf=tgz"
(where you can replace the tag as needed with the one for the version
required)
