I wonder if the implementation of the libraries or settings package is not well
defined.
I used:
sudo dnf groupinstall "Development Tools" "Development Libraries"
I got this error after watching a video tutorial about Vala and GTK+ on ubuntu
where this error does not appear.
This is error:
[catafest@localhost ~]$ valac test.vala --pkg gtk+-3.0
[catafest@localhost ~]$ ./test
