Hmmm, it seem it not going to be installed on my Rawhide via regular update. Not sure what is wrong here :/

Install it to "teach" rpmlint about valid SPDX license identifiers. This is now also installed on Zuul's rpm-linter job.[2] https://gitlab.com/fedora/legal/fedora-license-data/-/merge_requests/76
