Hello.
I plan to orphan 4 Python packages: python-first, python-pipreqs,
python-plette, and python-yarg.
They were unbundled from pipenv but because we've decided to keep them
bundled there, they are leaf and nothing depends on them in rawhide.
Only yarg is required by plette so it makes sense to take them both.
