Hello there,I'm planning to orphan python-opentelemetry since I don't use it and I can't find any other current packages actively using it in rawhide. It has plenty of sub-packages:

Upstream is still quite active, but they've split the project into two different repositories: opentelemetry-python and opentelemetry-python-contrib. Each individual piece is fairly easy to package, but there are a handful of packages where tests fail on Python 3.10.
