Could you please add "glibc-gconv-extra" provide to glibc on older Fedoras (and if at all possible, RHELs), so we can add the BuildRequires without worrying about backwards compatibility?

Currently, the only way to do that is:

  BuildRequires: (glibc-gconv-extra if glibc > 2.34.9000-13)

Which I find unnecessary complex.

As a workaround, it is possible to use [1] and do:

  BuildRequires: glibc-all-langpacks

However it pulls in additional unnecessary stuff.

Thanks!
