You can file a ticket with fedora-infrastructure to restore the repo
from backup and import it into pagure.io.
Or you can take last known src.rpm:
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1055454
rpmdev-extract the src.rpm and take the tar ball and spec. Though you loose the
history. :(
