I don't see any problem with that.
When you finish your build and it's in Rawhide then I'll see how hard
it will be to add the gcc patches.
Current status is mingw-winpthreads failing to build with [1]
undefined reference to `__udivmoddi4'
Looks like it isn't linking against libgcc, so looks like again related to [2].
If you have time to help investigating, I'm happy to grant you access to the
COPR repo [3].
