FTBFS should be orphaning for a period and then retiring. 

remember: 

orphan: Package looking for anyone(s) to take over maintaining it. 

retired: It was orphaned for a while and no one took it over, or it is
no longer suitable to maintain in fedora (python2, stack it depends on
went away, obsoleted/replaced by another package, etc).
