This is what I added (to both Rawhide and F33):
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/nbdkit/c/f0f5e8b3ec84ff88900395d908d654770d2efe55?branch=master
where 1.23.9-2 was the last Fedora release that had the obsolete
nbdkit-tar-plugin package.
