Bliss upstream has been inactive for awhile; the last release was over 5 years ago. The sagemath developers have created a fork of bliss and have been fixing bugs. I intend to switch the Fedora package over to this new upstream soon. This entails an soname bump. I will rebuild all dependent packages:
