The Fedora CoreOS working group periodically gives status updates to the
Fedora Council. Since we compiled this list I figured it would be nice to

- Added [bootupd](https://github.com/coreos/fedora-coreos-config/pull/595) to
Fedora CoreOS

- part of Ignition

- Delivered podman-plugins in the base layer
- previously had removed it because of dnsmasq but we [added it

- Shipped [systemd-networkd as a subpackage in Fedora
