OCaml package builds are suddenly failing because the symbols
__xstat64, __fxstat64, and __lxstat64 cannot be found, maybe due to
this change:
- linux: Move {f}xstat{at} to compat symbols
Can the change be reverted until we can figure out exactly which
packages will have to be rebuilt?
