I did local mock fedora-rawhide-x86_64 builds of R-CRAN-curl, R-CRAN-Rcpp, R-CRAN-magrittr, R-CRAN-magick, and finally R-CRAN-image.textlinedetector. The R-CRAN-image.texlinedetector build was successful.
