fedora-workstation-backgrounds isn't actually very important. The key
package is desktop-backgrounds-gnome . That contains the gschema
overrides that make the official Fedora background the default, and it
depends on f33-backgrounds-gnome which contains the background metadata
and depends on f33-backgrounds-base which contains the actual *images*.

Top Men are currently working on making this setup even more
complicated, but it's a tough job. :P
