Version 11 of ocrmypdf changes license from "LGPLv2 and CC-BY-SA and Public Domain" to "MPL2.0 and MIT and BSD and CC-BY-SA and Public Domain"
The main code switched licenses (to MPL2.0), and I found a few files imported from elsewhere that had a different license (MIT/BSD).
