This looks like it might be the binutils/LTO thing: https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=26314 The patches for that PR are now in rawhide and a rebuild is taking place, (It has not finished yet as builds are taking a very long time today). Look for binutils-2.35-8.fc33 to appear in the buildroot and then try again.
