sd-boot works fine with secure boot but good point I'll add a test case
for that and check if it's not working.

through the official process?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think only shim is signed with the MS
keys and the boot loader that it loads (grub2 or sd-boot) is signed by
Red Hat.
