It is a good idea to have a fast operating system when you buy a device. I don't think it will be bought like that due to the price in Europe.
It was a Fedora wiki with hardware requirements, I don't know if it still exists. My opinion is that we still fit into this answer: What are the cheap laptops that have very good hardware to run Fedora 32 very well?
