$ sudo dnf --releasever=31 --setopt=module_platform_id=platform:f31
--enablerepo=updates-testing distro-sync
To be clear, I'm not yet doing the update, I'm just testing what breaks.
You should be using system-upgrade instead. I believe it handles those
extra details for you.
