Hi. Probably I missed some announcement, but my doublecmd builds have started
to fail a few days ago in rawhide with:

> Finish(bootstrap): dnf install
> ERROR: Exception(/tmp/tmp5fbduv2b/doublecmd-gtk.spec)
> Config(1015329-fedora-rawhide-x86_64) 0 minutes 57 seconds
> INFO: Results and/or logs in: /var/lib/copr-rpmbuild/results
> INFO: Cleaning up build root ('cleanup_on_failure=True')
> Start: clean chroot
> INFO: unmounting tmpfs.
> Finish: clean chroot
> ERROR: Could not find useradd in chroot, maybe the install failed?

Do I need to add anything extra to my SPEC file, but there is some issue with
the rawhide builds in COPR? My Fedora 29 and 30 builds work fine.
