One quick question.
Robert-Andre has given some review(feedaback) on my spec.
Once I update the changes do I need to reply in the comments or is there
any other procedure.
If there is any link to the same if so could you please point me the same.

Sure! The source package for the kernel is in dist-git at
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/kernel/ or you can see the whole
rawhide tree at
https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/development/rawhide/Everythi
ng/source/tree/Packages/
(Rawhide is our development branch).

I can see there that we actually have a
kernel-5.3.0-0.rc1.git3.1.fc31.src.rpm
build today, so that should be well ahead of what you need.
