Okay, I have done so. I worked out the remaining issues with updating the rest of the coin-or-* packages today. I had to go back and tweak the glpk patch for coin-or-Osi a bit, to fix an issue that came up with coin-or-OS. It's probably a good idea to rebuild opencv and openms also. I will try to figure out if that is necessary. And once again, I didn't have time to get very far on this tonight. I will be busy again tomorrow, but hope to have time to work on it on Saturday. I will take a look at your changes and try to propose a way to merge them with mine, unless you beat me to it. :-) I've updated that tarball on my web site if you want to look at what I've done.
