Confirmed, external/FindLibObs.cmake contains:
include(${LIBOBS_INCLUDE_DIR}/../cmake/external/ObsPluginHelpers.cmake)
and I can't see how that can expect to work reliably. This needs patching
or collaboration with your upstream.
