Nothing would break, so it's technically correct to leave out right now I think. Since my f28 builds match f29 right now, I just did both: fc28: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2019-0956d60ffd fc29: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2019-d226c3ecf1 I've also updated the change page to mention that these warnings are present (and the versions they start appearing in).
