The good news is that the builders appear to be already back up now, a day
before schedule. The bad news is that the sentence quoted above is not
completely true, since the queued up builds (all?) failed when the builders
got back up because they reported readiness before being really ready and
thus produced "Connection refused" tracebacks. Therefore, they must be
resubmitted.
