Actually I've been meaning to fix this for a really long time.
It should be a simple matter of copying %{_bindir}/ocaml and
%{_bindir}/ocamllex into boot/ before building. (Of course
the package will then BuildRequire ocaml).
Could you file a bug so I don't forget about this?
