Not yet another bureaucratic guideline making it harder to maintain
packages!
Hardcoded soversions in specfiles are a pain!
Unannounced soname bumps are a pain :)
SONAME bumps are "daily business" in rawhide and should be reacted upon
in timely manners.
Whether they are announced or not actually, actually doesn't make much
difference.
