I have limited admin privileges, but one of the things I can do is see
the gitolite configuration and... it confuses me a bit because it does
show that you have no commit access to anything but the epel7 branch.
That makes me think that maybe the access list is just out of date.
I asked on the admin channel but it's late, so you might want to file a
ticket at https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/
