I've had issues with texlive and gdal not installing on Rawhide because of
poppler:

Same issue with gdal this morning.
poppler seems to provide libpoppler.so.66.0.0, not 68. Have you rebuild the
affected packages yet? Why these packages are requiring a newer poppler?
