Right. In particular, it happens if the package containing the library
libfoo.so.1 also contains an executable or another library linked to
libfoo.so.1. Then RPM will produce both an AutoProvides and an AutoRequires
for the library. This is not strictly necessary, but harmless (and
technically correct). You could use the AutoRequires filtering to filter out
the unnecessary Requires, but I would not bother doing that, as the Requires
is technically correct and causes no issues, so filtering it out would just
be a waste of your time.
