like for all RPM:
- update version or at least security fix
- Packaging Guidelines compliance
Ex, among other things
- system integration (logrotate...)
- webserver configuration (httpd, nginx...)
- FHS (config, in /etc, data in /var ...)
- SElinux
- use system libraries
