This dependency is auto-generated by a build system in Rawhide. There is
no explicit dependency in FreeIPA that leads to this.
We have bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1426847 which I
now moved to python2 folks.
As it stands, this bug prevents FreeIPA from being installable in
Rawhide.
