my question is, should i build for both python version the html files ?
cd doc && make html PYTHONPATH=../build/lib.linux-%{_arch}-%{python2_version}
cd ..
cd doc && make html PYTHONPATH=../build/lib.linux-%{_arch}-%{python3_version}
