It was due to my making a newer koji package for the rawhide-composer that had a some flags the newer pungi wanted, and then the aarch64 builders were re-installed with Fedora 25 and picked up that version which had this issue. I downgraded the aarch64 builders to the koji version all the other builders have and we should be back to happy for now. kevin
