YUM was also set up with keepcache=0 in the Fedora package, against the
upstream default of keepcache=1.
In addition, even with keepcache=1, it would not find the package to revert
to if it was no longer in the repos, I had to use rpm -Uvh --oldpackage by
hand. No idea whether this is better in DNF, I didn't have the situation
with DNF yet (and besides, I usually update with PackageKit, which has its
own cache, and which doesn't do downgrades at all, leaving me with only the
rpm -Uvh --oldpackage approach).
